Nice little machine but UTTER CRAP service directly from Tassimo.Collect information about how visitors use a website, for instance which pages visitors go to most often, and if they get error messages from web pages. What kind of answer is that their service leaves you in complete LIMBO in what's happening with my order! Personally, just buy your Tassimo products via a high street store + certainly the pods, as you'll never know when your order will arrive if you buy directly from Tassimo. I was advised their OWN system tells them exactly the state of an order, but then to be told that system is VERY SLOW at updaing what the customer sees via their own Tassimo online account - THAT'S REALLY BAD! I, asked the advisor will my order be posted out TODAY, but to then be told 'MAYBE' or it could be in the next day or so. I, finally got through to phone line this morning because the 1st attempt their system auto hung up my call which is NOT good at all.
I purchased my order on 17th Dec and now it's 21st but still their system still states 'Processing'.
They are certiainly quick to take your money via their website, but EXTREMELY slow when it comes to posting your order out to you. I would have returned my machine if I hadn't used it and purchased an Nespresso machine! Truly appalling I would advise checking stock availability and range of t-dics in supermarkets, online and delivery times etc before purchasing coffee machine. If no refund applied within an acceptable time to me, I will contact credit card company, to sort. I can order these products through Amazon and have them delivered quicker than it takes Tassimo or DHL to resolve. It beggars belief I am told they have to await a reply from the courier before doing so. If they had bothered checking, when I first called, this could have been resolved sooner. Serv again, at least more helpful and they checked with courier, they think parcel is lost.
Still not delivered, still no notification!. So emailed DHL direct, still no reply (can take 3 working days) Eventually notified by DHL after 6pm 28th Jan, delivery would be 31st. Poor service, didn't want to check courier etc. (Which is pretty poor to be honest) Was notified by DHL delivery would be 27th, no delivery, no failure notification! Still not notified 28th daytime, called Tassimo Cust. Placed an order on 20th January, Tassimo notified me of the delay on order, was still within their normal time frame.
